Srinagar, May 29: The General Officer Commanding (GOC), Chinar Corps, undertook a comprehensive review of the security situation in South Kashmir during a recent visit to key Counter Terrorism Grid Operating Bases in the region.
As part of the visit, the Corps Commander assessed the operational preparedness and surveillance mechanisms in place across the area. He also conducted a detailed inspection of training activities at the Corps Battle School, reaffirming the Army’s commitment to maintaining peak combat effectiveness in the face of evolving security challenges.
Addressing the troops during his visit, the Commander commended their dedication and urged them to continue demonstrating the highest levels of vigilance, agility and operational readiness. He emphasized the importance of remaining prepared to respond decisively to any contingency, reflecting the steadfast resolve and professionalism that defines the Chinar Corps.
